Payment Policy
For USA customers, we accept credit cards (American Express, Discover, Master Card, Visa), personal checks, cashiers checks, and money orders.
For international customers, we only accept cashiers checks and money orders in US dollars. No exceptions. Our website does not provide international shipping calculation at this time. If you are an international customer and wish to order from our web site, please contact us directly at (626)968-8666 or ebay2@4caroption.com to place an order with a representative, and the correct shipping and handling charges will be provided then. We are not responsible for any custom/brokerage fees, taxes or duties that may be encountered if you are an international customer.
CREDIT CARD
We can only ship to the same billing address you provided for your credit card. If you would like us to ship your order to an address other than the billing address, please choose other payment methods.
When you click on the “Submit” button on the last page of the check out process, your credit card information will be submitted for processing. If the authorization is not approved, your credit card will not be charged. 4 Car Option does not receive any funds if your transaction fails, no matter how many times your credit card is charged, therefore we cannot issue refunds in the above situation.
PERSONAL CHECK / MONEY ORDER / CASHIER’S CHECK
We can ship to any address that you provide, but please remember that UPS cannot deliver to a P.O. Box address, so please provide a physical address.
To ensure faster processing and shipment, please be sure to include and write the following information on a separate piece of paper, in legible writing:
- Order number
- Email address
- Full name of the recipient
- Shipping address
- Daytime phone number
